How can I check on my pet during their stay?

We have a state of the art monitoring system. Upon check in, you will receive a special password which you will use to login. Simply download the app on your iPhone/Android device or on your pc. Connect to our camera, enter your password and you will now have the ability to check in on and communicate with your pet 24hours a day, during their stay. 

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

Absolutely. We ask that all guests bring their own food, this eliminates tummy problems. You will be asked to fill out some documentation prior to check in, where you can outline special feeding instructions. No matter if your pet has special feeding times or medication needs, we stick to your pets regular routine. 

What do you supply for overnight boarding and what should I bring from home?

Each of our Chalets is set up with all the comforts of home, including a luxurious memory foam bed. We ask that you bring you own food and bowl, as well as an item with familiar smells, such as a blanket or an old piece of clothing. If you would like to bring your pets favourite toy please feel free to do so.Important, please be sure to bring documentation of your pets up to date vaccinations. We require, heartworm and flea preventive, Rabies, canine distemper, and upper respiratory ("kennel cough")

What will my pet be doing daily during their stay?
