We require a 50 % deposit to book your Chalet. If you cancel your booking 25 % will be withheld. A $100 damage deposit is required which will be refunded to you in full upon your return, so long as your pet has not caused any significant damage. Full payments must be made on pick up day. Check-in time is after 3 pm and Pick up is no later than 11 am, after 11 am you will be charged an additional night rate.

Proof of up to date vaccinations & worming is required prior to check-in. Failure to provide us with this documentation will result in automatic cancellation and your deposit will be withheld.
